The location of this place is ideal, close to public transportation, museums, and shopping areas, while the rooms are stylish.

It made my trip to Madrid a perfectly pleasant experience. The accommodation was clean, the room was a nice size. I booked a room with a good sized bed, a safe, a minibar, and central heating. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and knew their area: D

The positives include particularly good and perfect location and parking onsite. The airport is 25 km away, easy to reach.

Atocha 107 is a studio apartment with a double bad, sofa bed and a kitchen (well equipped). The room is large and clean. It is located near a subway station and a walking distance from one of the nightlife centers, the central train station and several museums. There are several groceries around the corner. The staff is very friendly and did their best to help with few problems we had. This place was recently opened and few things needs to be improved. All together we had a nice experience in the place

The location Is very good. The metro station is near . The flats very good for family traveling with kids. Highly recommended .

The staff here are amazing and always have a friendly smile; it's conveniently located near museums, shopping streets, and the center, as well as in close proximity to a palace and a Royal palace.

Close to all the major museums in the Lavapies/Atocha art neighborhood. Walk to restaurants, shops, and great flamenco at Casa de Patas. Rooms are pretty quiet, considering the building is on a busy street, probably good insulation and double pane glass. I didn't hear the other occupants, either. The best part, though, is the very kind and helpful owner/manager and his employees.

Wifi doesn't work equally well in all of the rooms.

Can't say I liked too much about this place. The staff was helpful to reduce a noise complaint we had with a "vacant" apt next to us. The tenant seemed pretty upset as they left slamming doors, but as soon as he/she left, it was quiet.

The whole place was horrible, especially considering it was 4 stars when we booked the place. The main bed was very old, worn, and uncomfortable. Our daughter slept on a sleeper sofa, which was more comfortable than the main bed. The linen was very worn and didn't appear to be the cleanest. Hot water was quick to be used up. You'd be lucky to get a full showers worth, and since three of us were traveling, it wan't fun being the last person getting a shower on a cold autumn morning. That brings me to the heater. Placement was bad, so the only person who benefited from the heater was our daughter as it only blew on the sleeper sofa. It seemed there was a draft coming in from someplace, but we couldn't find it, nor did we report it. The bed was so small, you had no option but to sleep on top of the person next to you. My wife and I are both small, this may be a perfect bed for honeymooners :)
