Limited clothing storage in the room could really use some shelves!!! Poor air conditioning controls lead to uncomfortable temperatures that ruin a relaxing stay!!!

the hotel is nestled just a short walk from el retiro park, perfect for leisurely strolls, and it's also conveniently close to the stunning museo nacional centro de arte reina sofia, making it easy to soak up art and nature during my stay.

It was a solid choice for our short stay in Madrid, offering good value for the price. The shower had impressive water pressure, which was a nice surprise. Just make sure to check the air conditioning settings upon arrival.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a great breakfast featuring a wide and healthy food selection, helpful staff, and a coffee machine in the room for my morning routine, all within walking distance from the Atocha Railway Station.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the lovely little coffee nook with comfy chairs in my King Room and the spacious, well-thought-out bathroom. There were also great relaxing options like massages and wellness treatments available. The only hiccup was the double glazing. it could have been better since street noise kept me up a bit, but overall, it didn’t ruin my visit. 😊

Stayed for 3 nights and loved it! The staff was super nice, especially at the reception and during meals. The Junior King Suite was spacious and clean. The location was clutch for checking out museums. Only bummer was the restaurant got busy during breakfast. Overall, a solid spot to chill out in Madrid!
